To “hatch” reliable and quality products to serve public healthcare, IMC’s QC department always strictly operate and check all relevant factors before, during, and after the production process. Before shipping, each batch of products must meet the quality standards, and at the same time, it should be safe for customers, for example, by being free of harmful poison and microbiological substances.
IMC Company constantly invests in improving the capacity of the product quality control channel
Besides modern machinery & equipment and experienced testers, IMC’s Quality Control Department annually conducts testing quality control activities such as in-house proficiency testing, especially interlaboratory proficiency testing with external laboratories and National Institute for Food Control to assess the capacity, accuracy, and reliability of test results. The results of the interlaboratory proficiency test are convincing evidence of the laboratory’s ability to suit the requirements of ISO/IEC 17043:2010.
The selection of the proficiency test organizer has been through a process of scrutinizing the competency profile of the selected unit. National Institute for Food Control is a central government agency with an advanced food quality control system. In 2017, it was recognized by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) for its ability to organize proficiency testing in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17043:2010.
