Please kindly overview the birth, development, and facilities of your brand?
International Medical Consulting Co., Ltd (IMC) was established on November 24, 2003, after more than 17 years of development, IMC always holds fast to the mission of being a pioneer enterprise in creating innovative, high-level healthcare products and services with natural origin combined with the quintessence of modern science and technology
Under the leadership of the Party Committee and Board of Directors, our production system includes 5 factories equipped with modern and closed production lines. We have about 200 products on the market, all of which are trusted by the community such as Cot Thoi Vuong, Nga Phu Khang, Nattospes, Genecel, Bach Xuan… IMC factory always strictly adheres to and executes GMP principles in production. This helps IMC to provide the market with a lot of high-quality healthcare product series that combines traditional medicine and modern world technology, aiming for a healthy ecosystem for consumers.
In addition, IMC has cooperated and implemented projects with high-level domestic and international researchers such as leading experts in the field of public health care, leading research institutes…

In your opinion, during the formation and development, how has the company been setting goals and principles of operation to attract customers?
With our mission: “Public healthcare through products of natural origin, biological activity, combining modern technology with traditional Vietnamese identity”.

IMC has relentlessly invested and developed both breadth and depth to create breakthrough, innovative and valuable quality functional food products for customers.
Always prioritizing product quality, IMC commits to strictly comply with the spirit of “highest priority quality” in each business and production activity. We also always sticking with and accompanying distributors throughout the product development process.
It can be said that with brand power and long-term experience in the market, IMC’s quality products have become the top criteria as well as the optimal choice of pharmaceutical business and distribution enterprises products and functional foods in Vietnam and around the world.
In fact, how does your company control material sources and prices to ensure quality and meet the needs of domestic consumers?
IMC strictly follows the GMP process right from the first stage – material input.
IMC has a “quality management system” covering all stages: Materials input – Extraction – Production – Distribution – Delivery – Customer satisfaction assessment.
The raw material supply areas are all assessed by the company according to GAP standards.
IMC’s quality control system covers all steps: Raw material testing, semi-finished products, and finished products using modern machinery, processes, and other advanced tools.
Every employee of IMC acts as a quality inspector and IMC commits to “Say no to errors” motto.
Currently, the “chaos” which is functional foods advertisement is causing headaches to governors, many of which are exaggerated and untrue, misleading consumers. What is your company’s assessment of this situation? And how is your advertisement & communication ensure both business purposes and compliance with the law?
IMC’s products are specifically required to strictly comply with product censorship regulations and register for advertising licenses before being put on the market. Our company also works closely with distribution companies to legitimize the information given to consumers in accordance with the official records by the Food Safety Department.
We believe that consumers will be wiser and wiser about products and choosing reputable products with clear origin and researched and manufactured at reputable factories.
